Orders

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

International Orders: We currently offer FedEx Express for international orders which typically takes up to 4 business days. Diza Gabo is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. A helpful link to calculate how much you will be charged for customs depending on your country is dutycalculator.com.  Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Tax: We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Turkey. For all orders in  a sales tax of 8% does apply.

Returns

Unworn and unwashed orders may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange only with original tags. We do not offer refunds. Worn, washed, items purchased with coupon codes, and final sale items cannot be exchanged. Dizagabo has full discretion in determining if the items are in their original condition when returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you’re shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured and your credit card information is never stored.

Diza Gabo strives to ensure the security and safety of its customers and reserves the right to reject any order which raises concern. If there appear to be irregularities regarding an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect their interests and ours.
